Copyright Policy

SPAKO respects the rights of creators. Music on SPAKO can only come from the SPAKO library, and every artist who uploads a song to the library must confirm they own the rights to it.

If someone is using your work without permission

You can report a video or song inside the SPAKO app (Report, then "Copyright or music I own"), or send a formal notice using the form below. When we receive a valid notice we pause ads and earnings on the content while we review it. If the claim is upheld, the content is removed.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive three upheld copyright claims are permanently banned.

If your content was removed by mistake

If you believe content was removed in error, contact us and tell us which content, and why you believe you have the right to use it. We will review it.

Designated copyright agent

SPAKO, Inc. has registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office (registration number DMCA-1081981). Notices can be sent to:
